The Thunderbird Folder Method

The simplest way to manage bounces is to create a dedicated folder in Thunderbird and set a filter rule to route all Mail Delivery System notifications there automatically. Over time this folder accumulates every failed delivery in one place - ready to process in bulk rather than one by one.

• In Thunderbird: Tools → Message Filters → New Filter
• Filter condition: From contains "MAILER-DAEMON"
• Action: Move to folder: Info-Bounces
• Run the filter on existing messages to catch all historical bounces
